If you subscribe or send a note through this site, we store your name, email and message so we can write back and send new stories. We do not sell that list.

Signing in — with Google, X or email — lets you send a request on Get involved: to nominate a merchandiser, a corporate programme, a product or yourself. Anyone can read that page. Sending a note requires an account. Sign-in does not give access to the editorial desk. That area is private to the journal’s editors.

Session data is used only to recognise you on this site, and to pre-fill your name and email on Get involved. If you are invited to help edit the journal, that access is granted separately.

To ask for a copy or deletion of your details, write to us via the Get involved form.
